What will I see on my Personal Digital Video?
We have edited a series of scenes including the marathon landscape, during the marathon, the winner crossing the finish line and all the footage we have of you.

Will there be sound on the video?
Yes, we have had music specially composed for the marathon and there will also be ambient sound from the race site as your footage is screened.

Does my computer need any special software for a Personal Digital Video?
No, it has been designed to run on Windows Media Player and Mac Quicktime.

How big will the video be on my computer screen?
There are two sizes available to download: The small download video is 300 x 224 pixels and the large download video is 600 x 450 pixels. You are able to choose the size that best suits your computer.

How long is the Personal Digital Video?
It will run for about two minutes.

Will my race details be included on the video?
Yes, a personal finisher's certificate will be displayed at the end of your footage on the video.

How do I know my picture will be on the video?
We filmed every finisher in the race so you can be confident we filmed you.

Can I see my video before I buy it?
Sorry, no. We can't generate your personal video until it has been ordered.

How good is the video quality?
Very good. We use broadcast-quality cameras to film the marathon.

How long will it take before I can download my Personal Digital Video?
Allow about 20 minutes, although the time may vary depending on demand. You will be able to check the status of your video on this site.

Can I download the video later?
Yes.

Can I download both sizes of video?
Yes, no problem

Am I able to copy the video to DVD or CD?
Yes certainly. You have purchased it. It is yours.

Am I able to use the video on my personal or company website?
Absolutely.

What if I buy a Personal Digital Video and find I am not on it?
Our video is linked to the finishing details supplied to us by the race organisers. If you can't see yourself, please contact us.
